It is not recommended to re-size these embroidery designs, and we are not responsible for the quality of the design if you edit it in any way.

After purchasing You can download a zip file containing the format you have chosen.
This design can only to be used on embroidery machine and you need a program to transfer files to your machine to use this design. This is not a patch that you iron on.

We have spent weeks and hours on composing our designs. They all are unique and made manually. IT IS FORBIDDEN copy, share or sell our digitized designs or reproduce them in any way including screen printing.

To use our embroidery designs for commercial purpose, please contact us to make an agreement of terms.

Please note: there are no refunds on digital files.

We will accept PayPal or You can transfer money to our business account, You find our banking requisites in Contacts.

Shipping

We will deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Expected delivery time is between 6-9 working days to the U.S. and 2-5 working days to Europe. Sometimes the delivery time might be longer due to weather or postal service troubles.

If you have any trouble receiving your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any troubles with shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want to make our customers happy and we hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you doubt in any measurement or you need more information, just contact us before you buy.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the returning policies:

-Returning of item or items will be possible if you contact us and return items within 14 days in their original condition. I will refund the item, refunds do not include shipping costs.

Please note: Special orders are non-refundable.

Please be informed that all computer monitors / mobile devices / etc. are calibrated differently and the colors you see on the screen may not exactly match the item you receive.
